Returns & Refunds
If you have any problems with your product, please email us at email@example.com or call us at +1 (949) 424-2940. We will help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplying partner. It is a very easy process and our manufacturers are among the most reputable in the industry.
Return policies typically last from 30 days or depending on the manufacturer or supplying partner. If more days have gone by since your purchase we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it:
- In the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-working state.
- Product never arrived to customer (Vforce Team will verify).
Customer must notify within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days some for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped. If your order has been shipped, a standard return procedure applies. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges, and up to a 20% restocking fee - or as specified by the manufacturer.
Vforce Wheels is an outlet for High Quality brands and are not the brand itself.
