Cheetah Mini, designed based on the original Cheetah. The dimension shrinks to fit more people and in more life scenes. The small size makes it totally different from riding a bigger Cheetah, it's agile and light- weighted. Equipped with a suspension front fork, it gives a more comfortable way to ride around. It comes with fenders and headlights as standard components to make it a real plug-n-play. On the head tube, we bring a set of standard mounting points for future upgrades like the front rack and basket.

All electric bikes are shipped from our US warehouse. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your bike shipped.

Shipping Notice: Due to the impact of COVID-19 and extreme weather, we may use various courier service companies flexibly to make your bikes or accessories delivered as soon as possible. However, the transit time may not be guaranteed. For most of time, it will be on time. If you are looking for receiving bike on/before specific date, please contact us so that we can give advice

Return & Refunds


The Revibikes Return Policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Please consult the warranty terms for further information regarding the applicability of returns.

Ship-back Charge

In case the unit was purchased under a free-shipping promotion, there shall be no refund for shipping fees. However, in case the return is unrelated to quality, damage, or mistaken delivery and is instead solely due to a personal decision made by the buyer, the customer will have to bear the expenses for the ship-back.

If the return is accepted, Revibikes will issue a pre-paid shipping slip and schedule a pick-up date. The shipping fees resulting from the return shall be deducted from your total refund.

The returned unit must be in brand-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. The charges for any missing components may be deducted from the total refund. Any shipping damage during the ship-back may result in a deduction from the total refund.

Returned units are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee from the original purchase price.

Refunds will be issued in an average time frame of 2-3 weeks after the receiving, inspection, and processing of the returned unit.

What happens after I place an order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
What about Shipping?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@vforcewheels.com
What if I don't like my E-bike?
We offer the industry’s first 30-Day At-Home Trial policy. This allows you to try the bike at home for 30 days and if you are not happy with your new electric bike, you can return it for an exchange or a refund within 30 days after receiving the bike as long as the supplying partner returns policy permits!
What if my E-bike arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns support@vforcewheels.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
